Better Sleep in 1-2 Zzzs

I am so happy that I got these ZzzQuil Pure Zzzs because nightly I would be running to the bathroom maybe two-three times.  Once I took these tablets it allowed me to get a better nights rest and cut it down to once per night waking up and going to bathroom. I was able  to get a more peaceful rest at night and less trips to bathroom.  It is over-the-counter medicine which makes it available to me without a prescription from my doctor. My doctor even said if it was working for me, he recommended me to continue taking it. I highly recommend this product to anybody with the same issues to try this medicine.

I have taken melatonin for years to help me fall asleep.  I usually only take one mg because a higher dose makes me feel groggy in the morning.  Taking the three mg does of the product, I was expecting to be fighting to wake up the following morning.  I fell asleep easily and slept through the night.  I was, thankfully, not groggy when i woke up.  This product has an herbal blend that is supposed to help with prostate health, to enable you to sleep through the night without having to get up to use the bathroom.  I have noticed that my nightly wakings have decreased.

Herbal helper blend

I'm male and just over 65, so I get up a little more often at night to visit the bathroom. I eat healthy and exercise, but believe in a little more preventive medicine so am taking ZzzQuil Pure Zzzs Prostate Super Herbal Blend. The medium-sized gel caps are soft and easy to swallow and don't have any aftertaste. The only two active ingredients are Saw Palmetto and Melatonin. They work well together and let me get through more of the night without having to make extra trips to the porcelain throne.

Works Great!

These Vicks ZzzQuil tablets worked great for me. I really like that they have multiple benefits in one tablet. The less amount of different supplements you can take, the better. The taste was also very pleasant. I will definitely continue to use these..
