We know it can be hard to find a worry-free method that works. We have a simple, easy-to-use solution: the Zzz Sleep App, a free digital solution for the occasional sleep sufferer. The app will be available for use on smartphones, and designed with the utmost user friendliness in mind, so it can be used to help you get to sleep without fear of late-night unproductive screen time.
Features will include:
High-quality soundscapes, including Solitude by the Ocean, Nighttime in the Desert, or Watching a Thunderstorm, that conjure a restful environment in which to drift off to sleep.
Customizable white noise machine with soothing sounds, including chimes, wind, a babbling brook, a fireplace and falling snow. Sounds can be combined to create a soothing soundtrack for relaxation and sleep, such as listening to a warm, crackling fire while snow falls softly outside.
Short stories by well-known authors, like F. Scott Fitzgerald and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (of Sherlock Holmes fame), read in a soothing voice to put you in a state of deep sleep and help turn off your mind.
Guided meditations led by yogis and meditators designed to relax your mind and body as you prepare for bed.
The app will also help with sleep management.
An alarm clock feature will allow you to set an exact wake-up time based on the number of hours of sleep you want to get that night.
Push notifications will remind you when it’s time to wind down for bed, so you don’t get distracted, yet again, by another episode of the show you’re watching.
