The ZzzQuil 60-Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee is only available for a single package of qualifying products. Refunds will be issued in the form of a prepaid gift card.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the ZzzQuil Money Back Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.

Requirements:

• The guarantee is limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
  
  
• Valid proof of purchase which includes purchase date, purchase price, retailer name and product purchased.
  
  
• ZzzQuil reserves the right to verify information and to deny guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the purchaser has abused the ZzzQuil Money Back Guarantee.
  
  
• You must submit your request within 60 days of the date of original purchase.
  
  
• Limit one refund per name, household, or address. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. boxes to obtain additional refunds is fraud and may result in prosecution.

How to Submit:

• To submit a request, please complete the electronic ZZZQuil Money Back Guarantee Request Form or
  PURE Zzzs Money Back Guarantee Request Form within 60 days of the original purchase date.
  
  
• The ZzzQuil Money Back Guarantee Request Form must be completed and include proof of purchase, which must detail the purchase date, purchase price, retailer name, and product purchased, to receive a refund in the form of a prepaid card. Reproduction, alteration, sale, trade, or purchase of this submission or proof of purchase is prohibited.
  
  
• The ZzzQuil Money Back Guarantee Request Form must include the actual UPC/Barcode (a 12-digit number found on the bottom or side of the packaging) from the product you purchased. If submitting for a twin or combo pack, please include both codes.
