Vicks zzzquil sleep gummies are great. They are melatonin and ashwagandha supplement that helps you with your sleep cycle. After consuming a gummy, I fell asleep within an hour. The sleep was great. The gummies got absorbed easy.  There was no after taste of the gummies. If you struggle with sleep, this is a good supplement.

I took these before bedtime and I was able to get a restful sleep. I also didn't feel groggy the next morning. I've tried other products and they didn't work as well as this one.
